Lasean McBath, Chief Executive Officer

LaSean serves as Chief Executive Officer of BFRG Foundation, bringing more than 15 years of experience supporting children, including those on the autism spectrum and individuals with mental and developmental disabilities. She has training through the Crisis Prevention Institute and experience providing outreach, advocacy, rehabilitative support, and crisis intervention.

Throughout her career, LaSean has assisted behavior professionals with skill-building and behavior-support plans while maintaining service documentation, progress notes, and participant records. Her compassion, leadership, and commitment to children and families guide her work as she helps expand programs that create meaningful and lasting community impact.

Mary Hill, Chief Operating Officer

Mary serves as Chief Operating Officer of BFRG Foundation, bringing more than 30 years of experience in accounting, administration, and business operations. She is also the owner of Mary Alice Services, which provides workshops in independent living skills, entrepreneurship, alternative wellness, and mentoring.

With previous experience as a tax preparer and notary public, Mary brings strong organizational, financial, and leadership skills to her role. She is passionate about helping children and families become self-sufficient, build confidence, and create better opportunities for themselves. Her goal is to strengthen communities by changing lives one person at a time.

Robert Hill, Chief Financial Officer

Robert serves as Chief Financial Officer of BFRG Foundation, bringing a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration, and organizational operations. He has earned multiple degrees and professional certificates in accounting, business administration, small business entrepreneurship, and social and behavioral studies.

With more than four years of hands-on experience, Robert has supported financial recordkeeping, billing, budgeting, payroll documentation, contract management, compliance tracking, and daily business operations. In his role, he helps maintain accurate financial records, monitor budgets and grant expenses, and support the Foundation’s long-term stability. His attention to detail and commitment to responsible financial management help ensure BFRG Foundation’s resources are used effectively.

Kimora Hill, Community Service Program Director

Kimora serves as Community Services Program Director for BFRG Foundation, bringing a strong background in international development, cultural studies, leadership, and community support. She holds degrees in Korean Studies and International Development Studies.

Through her professional experience, Kimora has developed skills in team supervision, safety coordination, communication, problem-solving, and supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. In her role with BFRG Foundation, she helps coordinate community programs, strengthen partnerships, support participants, and ensure services are organized, accessible, and responsive to community needs.

Trevon Blaylock, Community Outreach Specialist

Trevon is a dedicated father, business owner, business coach, and community-focused leader committed to creating generational wealth and building a lasting legacy for his family. He has collaborated with businesses and community partners to help single parents and youth develop independent living skills, improve financial stability, and create better opportunities for themselves.

Trevon also supports veterans experiencing homelessness by providing care kits and helping meet essential needs within the elderly community. He holds a degree in Business Administration and certifications in construction and building maintenance. His education, entrepreneurial experience, and commitment to service reflect his passion for strengthening families and communities.

Raemon Edwards, Community Workshop Facilitator

Raemon serves as a Community Workshop Facilitator for BFRG Foundation, bringing more than 13 years of experience supporting foster youth, youth experiencing homelessness, at-risk youth, and young adults. He is passionate about helping individuals build resilience, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful life goals.

Through his work with organizations throughout Southern California, Raemon has developed a reputation for being dependable, creative, compassionate, and encouraging. His motto is, “If you can help others accomplish their dreams, then your dreams can be fulfilled.” Drawing from both professional and personal experience, he creates positive and engaging workshop environments where participants feel supported, inspired, and empowered to make lasting changes in their lives.

Esperanza Mayoral, Workforce Wellness Facilitator

Espy Mayoral is the owner of Atlas Movement and serves as a Workforce Wellness Facilitator for BFRG Foundation. She brings more than 15 years of experience in sales, management, customer service, marketing, real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and event coordination. Her experience as both an employee and a business owner gives her a practical understanding of workplace systems, communication, leadership, and career growth. Through the Reset & Rise Workforce Wellness Program, Espy helps participants build confidence, strengthen resilience, improve communication, and develop practical goals for employment, stability, and success.

Charles Henderson, Music Program Partner

Charles serves as a Music Program Partner for BFRG Foundation and leads McCrary’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that uses music and creative arts to support the community. A producer, musician, vocal arranger, singer, and songwriter, he brings decades of experience in music production, performance, and artist development.

Charles began performing professionally at a young age, earned his first recording contract at 11, and has contributed vocals or production work connected to artists such as Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, Beyoncé, John Legend, Ray J, Snoop Dogg, and Andre 3000. Through McCrary’s Foundation, he provides songwriting, vocal instruction, and creative music programs that help participants build confidence, express themselves, and develop their talents.

Porscha Dillard, Grief Support Program Partner

Porscha serves as a Grief Support Program Partner for BFRG Foundation. She is the founder of Off The Chain Alliance, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting grieving and underserved families throughout San Bernardino and Riverside counties with compassionate resources, end-of-life assistance, and opportunities for healing.

Porscha holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. With extensive experience in community advocacy, nonprofit leadership, mental health awareness, and social justice, she brings compassion, resilience, and a strong commitment to helping individuals and families navigate grief and move forward with dignity. Her guiding quote is “Retaliate by being great.”

Board of Governors

Doris Viray

Doris serves as a Board Member of BFRG Foundation, bringing extensive experience in social work, mental health services, military service, case management, and community support. She holds an associate degree in Applied Science with a background in psychiatric care, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.

For nearly 10 years, Doris has worked in mental health nursing with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. She also served more than seven years in the U.S. Army, where she supported service members and their families through financial assistance, budgeting guidance, emergency relief, relocation support, and access to essential resources. Her compassion and commitment to service reflect her passion for making a meaningful difference in the community.

Marcus Hill, Owner
Palisade

Marcus serves as a Board Member of BFRG Foundation, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the security industry, leadership, safety planning, and crisis response. He is the owner of Palisade Security and holds degrees in Liberal Arts and Psychology.

Marcus also completed five years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed advanced skills in rapid response, team leadership, situational awareness, and specialized security operations. His professional experience includes corporate, small business, event, and personal security, as well as surveillance and investigations. His background in psychology strengthens his ability to understand human behavior, de-escalate challenging situations, and promote safe, supportive environments within the community.

Sacoyea McKay

Sacoyea serves as a Board Member of BFRG Foundation, bringing experience in peer support, psychiatric care, youth advocacy, and creative wellness. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology and is passionate about helping youth and families heal, grow, and build stronger foundations for the future.

Sacoyea earned her psychiatric care license from San Bernardino Valley College and uses both her professional training and personal experiences to support prevention, compassion, and positive change. A lifelong poet, she also founded a poetry workshop that helps participants express emotions and find healing through creative writing. Her long-term goal is to earn a doctorate in Psychology and establish rehabilitation centers that provide education, support, and hope for youth and families.

Suzanne Frampton

Suzanne serves as a Board Member of BFRG Foundation, bringing experience in healthcare, business administration, customer service, and mental health support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, along with degrees in Medical Assisting and Business Administration.

With more than 10 years of experience in customer service and sales and six years in the mental health field, Suzanne brings strong communication, compassion, and relationship-building skills to the organization. She is passionate about supporting individuals one-on-one and helping people from all backgrounds overcome challenges and achieve success.

Hope serves as a Board Member of BFRG Foundation, bringing nearly 10 years of experience in administrative support, office organization, scheduling, and communication. She is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and is familiar with a variety of social media platforms.

Throughout her career, Hope has managed calendars, coordinated meetings, prepared correspondence and reports, maintained records, organized filing systems, and supported daily office operations. Her attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills help support the Foundation’s continued growth and effective service to the community.
