Lasean McBath, Chief Executive Officer
LaSean has 15 years of experience in the childcare field working with children on the spectrum and with mental and developmental disabilities. She’s trained in the Crisis Prevention Institute and provided outreach advocacy and rehabilitative services for regular cases and crisis intervention. Her previous positions consist of assisting behavior analysts in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Some of her day-to-day activities include documenting all patient information, including service plans, treatment reports, and progress notes. She has a passion for making a difference in children's lives.
Espy Mayoral, Chief Operating Officer
She is the owner of Atlas Events. Espy Mayoral is a woman of many talents; she has done sales, management, customer service, real estate investing, and marketing over the last 15 years. She has been employed and self-employed during those years. That has allowed her to understand the way systems and processes work and how they can be applied to improve one’s position. The many skills she has developed have led her to be an event planner/coordinator doing business as Atlas Events. She has been bringing people together through the form of events for roughly 8 years and has enjoyed every minute of it. She understands the need for networking as well as positive, yet assertive communication when dealing with people. Her goal is to unite people through the form of events in order to promote peace and prosperity.
Mary Hill, Chief Financial Officer
Mary is the owner of Mary Alice Services (MAS). MAS provides workshops for the following programs: Independent Living Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Musical Therapy. MAS also has a Mentor Program. She has over 20+ years of Accounting & Administrative work. She previously was a Tax Preparer and Notary Public also. Her passion is to help families and children become self-sufficient. Through self-sufficiency, she feels they can become a better role model within their community. Her goal in life is to change lives one person at a time.
Roxanne Jackson, Community Service Program Director
Roxanne Jackson, CEO of Jackson's Kare, has a deep-rooted passion for helping others, driven by her upbringing in San Bernardino and her strong family ties. Throughout her life, Roxanne has been dedicated to serving her community, from her early accomplishments as a track star to her roles as a juvenile counselor, domestic violence advocate, and community pillar. Her journey led her to found Jackson’s Kare, a company that provides vital support to veterans, ex-inmates, and others in need. With a background in criminal justice, human services, and paralegal studies, Roxanne’s mission is to reduce homelessness, promote education, and help individuals become self-sufficient. Jackson’s Kare is her way of giving back and helping others achieve their dreams and goals, just as she has pursued her own.
Neecole Cockerham, Corporate Relations Manager
A Berkeley-born actress, she made history as the first African American woman to star in Banana Republic’s television ad campaigns. She has since appeared in over 120 national commercials for major brands like Sears, IBM, and Dockers. Cockerham’s modeling work includes appearances in Vogue, O Magazine, and billboards for Kraft. Her acting journey began in childhood, evolving into professional studies and roles in shows like for colored girls who have considered suicide / when the rainbow is enuf and Animal Kingdom. Her standout work, a one-woman show titled I Am Not My Mother, transcended race and class barriers, earning a Pulitzer Prize nomination.
Despite personal tragedies, including her father's passing and surviving a near-fatal car accident, she has continued to thrive as an artist and businesswoman. She launched her creative company, STELLA GEORGIA, LLC, and has worked with brands like Nike and Jordan. Her humanitarian efforts include feeding hundreds of women on Skid Row and organizing community events like the West Adams Block Party and Juneteenth celebrations. Cockerham is also rehabilitating a gym in New York for youth programming with Nas. She remains committed to impacting communities through her creative and philanthropic work.
Trevon Blaylock, Community Outreach Specialist
Owner of CACustomizedDesignz and a proud single dad of one beautiful daughter named Justice, he hopes to use his business to create generational wealth – a legacy to leave for his daughter. A reputable business coach and community-oriented leader, he has collaborated with several businesses to provide a platform where single parents and youth can access all the truth and tools needed to attain independent living skills, become financially stable and create a better atmosphere for themselves. He will use some of the proceeds made from the purchases of Ca Customized Designz to fund these programs. In addition, he also supports the veterans by providing homeless veterans with Care Kits to help them through their journey and provide essential needs for the elderly within the Asian community. Trevon has many accomplishments, he is Certified in Construction and Building Maintenance and holds a Certified Driver’s License. Seeking to widen his horizon of learning, he’s currently working towards obtaining his degree in Business Administration.

Doris Viray
Doris has an Associate's Degree in Applied Science and Psychiatric department along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is currently employed with the California Department of Corrections Rehabilitations as a mental health nurse for almost 10 years. She also served in the U.S. Army for over 7 years and specialized as a case manager for Army Emergency Relief which provided assistance to those military servicemen with financial hardship from all different circumstances such as a death in the family, the establishment of their family needs with relocations, etc. She also assisted in financial budgeting for cases that were presented for financial grants. She helped in the distribution of resources that were available in the loan closets consisting of furniture and food available for temporary assistance for service members’ families. She has a passion for helping people within her community in hopes of making a difference.
Marcus Hill, Owner

Marcus has been in the security industry for over 20 years. He has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology. Mr. Hill has completed 5 years of active-duty service in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Hill specializes in corporate, small business, event, and personal security. He also focuses on surveillance, and investigations, and has acquired specialized military training. Mr. Hill has an advanced understanding, more so than any other security specialists; because he understands safety requirements and demands. His Marine Corps background includes rapid response, team leadership, and situational awareness. With his psychology skills, he has the distinct ability to pacify potential situations by addressing human behavior.
Suzanne Frampton
Suzanne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health, an A.S. in Medical Assistance, and an A.S. in Business Administration. She has done customer service sales for over 10 years. She has also worked in the mental health field for 6 years. She has a passion to work with individuals on a one-on-one basis which allows her to help people on a personal level. She is compassionate and strives to see people of all walks of life succeed.
Sacoyea McKay
Sacoyea is currently studying to get her Master's in Psychology. Her passion is to aid in the rehabilitation of our troubled youth and their families. She believes that prevention is the key. She has worked towards her goals despite the statistics that she faced. At the age of 9, she relocated to live with her grandmother and aunt in Rialto California from Santa Monica. Rialto is where she studied her academics and graduated from Rialto High. She continued her education at SBVC graduating with a license in psychiatric care. Ms. McKay is a mother of 2 wonderful children. Her children and her childhood are what have inspired her to pursue her career in psychology. Poetry has been one of her passions in life since 13. Sacoyea enjoys spoken word and believes expressing your emotions through poetry is a great source of therapy. She has started a poetry workshop for inspiring poets or people who just want to express themselves in a creative way. Her lifelong goals are to obtain her doctorate in Psychology and open up several facilities where troubled youth and their families can be given the education and rehabilitation that they need.
Hope Birks
Hope has almost 10 years of experience in the Secretary field. She has experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Publisher. She’s familiar with all the social media platforms. Her previous positions consist of answering phones and managing daily, weekly, and monthly agendas. Set and arrange meetings. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms. File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers, and external partners. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports. Develop and maintain a filing system.
